A great team isn't six damage units — it's the right roles with the right traits and relics. Here's a strong endgame template, per-role build sheets, and the Synchro mechanic that powers the current meta.
Best Endgame Team (Template)
A flexible meta core for Infinite, raids, and hard content. Swap pieces for what you own — the roles matter more than the exact units.
How to play it
Place farm first to build economy, drop your
carry early, then bring the Synchro pair online and trigger
Synchro Clash for burst on bosses. Keep the leader in
the first slot so its buff applies.
Synchro Drive & Synchro Clash
Why it matters
Synchro units have some of the best DPS in the game, which is why two of the team slots above are a
Synchro pair.
- Synchro Drive: both units must be at max upgrade, then you fuse them. The fused unit takes the stats, traits, and relics from only one of the two — so put your best trait and relics on the unit you'll keep.
- You can Synchro Drive with an eligible unit owned by another player if they approve.
- Synchro Clash: when both units are maxed and within each other's range, they trigger a combined attack — ideal for boss burst windows in raids and Infinite.

Main Carry (single placement)
- Trait
- Ruler — +200% damage is worth the one-placement limit on a top carry.
- Relics
- Warlord set for raw DPS (or the new Fusion set).
- Substats
- Crit Rate → Crit Damage → Damage → Cooldown.
- Best on
- Joyful Captain, Jinoo, The Strongest of Today
Carry (multi-placement)
- Trait
- Sacred or Eternal — huge stats with no placement penalty; Eternal scales in long Infinite runs.
- Relics
- Warlord / Fusion set.
- Substats
- Crit Rate / Crit Damage / Damage.
- Best on
- Most carries you place more than once
Boss Killer
- Trait
- Duelist — +35% boss damage and easier to roll than Ruler.
- Relics
- Damage / crit focus.
- Substats
- Crit Rate / Crit Damage / Boss Damage.
- Best on
- World Raids, Divine Wrath Ultra Boss, Beast Tear
DoT / Status Unit
- Trait
- Astral, Wizard, or Fission — stacking DoTs and longer affliction.
- Relics
- Range and cooldown to widen burn coverage.
- Substats
- Range / Cooldown / DoT Damage.
- Best on
- Mimicry Sorcerer, Crow Shinobi, Lord of Flies
Support / Leader
- Trait
- Artificer (boosts relic stats) or Sacred for safe value.

- Buff potency, range, utility.

Farm / Economy

General Build Principles
Do
- Secure core roles before stacking DPS
- Match relics to each unit's actual job
- Farm evolution materials before big reroll spends
- Exploit elemental advantage (up to ~2.5× damage)
- Use Synchro Clash for boss burst windows
Don't
- Run six carries with no support or economy
- Put Ruler on a unit you won't keep
- Ignore the leader slot's team buff
- Over-invest rerolls into an unfinished unit
